Personal vision can serve as much needed motivation and encouragement for those we coach and mentor, especially during difficult times. Modeled by Jesus, this strategy is every bit as relevant today. But it can feel difficult, sometimes impossible, to look through the mess of a person's current reality and see a victorious, multiplying Christ-follower on the other side. Yet, that's exactly how God views us! He promises it's possible, and provides the power through the Holy Spirit to get there. How can we develop and communicate God's vision effectively to our disciples without creating pressure or frustration?
