A Collage of Community: Created Conference 2026

What happens when you bring together hundreds of believers from the Midwest who work in different creative mediums? We’ll find out later this month, right here in Columbus!

Being a “creative” isn’t just a job, a career, or a title. It’s an identity bestowed upon us by our Creator God. It’s given and found in the wonder of the creative process. It’s the power to bring emotion, action, and change in our minds and the world around us.

When creative people come together, great things can happen…especially when they’re driven by a passion to serve the Lord with their diverse giftings.

On September 19, the Created Network is hosting its fifth annual Created Conference at the Ministry Center of Linworth Baptist Church (5970 Godown Rd). This one-day gathering allows artists, designers, writers, filmmakers, and creatives of all types to engage in a vibrant community for inspiring talks, panel discussions, a shared meal, and lessons from a collective of fellow creators.

This year’s theme, “Collage,” reflects the beauty of God bringing together unexpected stories — seasons of failure, success, and the mundane — and diverse people to create a masterpiece once unimaginable. 

We’re going to celebrate how the fragments of our lives and what (and how) we create are woven into His greater story, bringing unity and beauty out of brokenness and struggle. From our individual creative acts to the gathering of the nations and final restoration of the new heavens and new earth, we honor the Master Artist who transforms every scattered piece into a unified display of His glory.

One of the elements we’re most excited about is the new Maker’s Fair, where 16 local creatives will showcase their work and process in a “show and tell” format. Attendees can ask questions and get insight on how some of the best in the creative industry do amazing work.
